Process

Initially, we will work with representatives from the firm, including the hiring manager.  The objective is to gain a strong understanding of organization, role and expectations for the executive. 

We will provide a position specification for your review that provides important information to the reader on the organization, role, expectations and reporting relationship.  This document will serve as the guide post for evaluating potential candidates.

Within 15 business days, we will have a set of benchmark candidates for review.  In addition to these candidates, we will provide additional perspective on what we’ve learned in the early contact in the market.

From this point, we will work with the client and candidates to facilitate the dialogue and touch points through to an offer of employment.
