Our goal is to clearly understand the expectations from the hiring organization. This includes the technical aspects of the role and the cultural nuances of the work place. The combination of technical capabilities and cultural fit are the keys to a successful hire.
We also strive to have at least one diverse candidate on the slate. All candidates will meet the position specifications. Importantly, the hiring manager will be unable to select a diverse candidate if none are on the slate.
Lastly, our goal is complete the project in a timely manner for all parties.
