The Career Acceleration Coach's goal is to help you achieve your dreams. Clients begin by defining goals in several aspects of their professional lives. Together, we unlock core elements to allow you to reach new heights.
Let's get started!
PROCESS
Each client engagement begins with a discussion to understand individual needs and develop preliminary goals. With deeper dialogue, these goals morph into the tailor-made plan that not only outlines the goals but also provides the approach to achieve them. A standard component of most plans is the development of a personal brand.
"The goals are unique to each person; however, the desire to achieve them is the common thread. My role is to help uncover the goals, develop the plan, then provide the encouragement, counsel, and reinforcement needed to 'make it happen'."
The coaching is individualized to enhance your development by focusing on results. The process will include face-to-face meetings as well as regular contact by phone and e-mail to develop and implement your action plan. All efforts are designed to drive improved performance for executives.
Each coaching program includes a complimentary book that assists with the implementation of the individualized plan. Time and time again, the concepts have proven to be helpful with clients.

Clients range from presidents of Fortune 100 corporations to leaders of non-profit organizations. The National Society of Hispanic MBAs (NSHMBA) has chosen the Career Acceleration Coach as one of its select executive coaches.

Coaching Programs:
Individual Achievement Plan—The process begins with pre-work and an in-depth one on one session. Goals are defined and clarified, and an action plan is developed to achieve them.
Resume Overhaul/Pulse check—A deep review of the resume to ensure it is representative and leads to phone screens and interviews. The key is to have a persuasive document that clearly answers the question, "Why you?"
Checkpoint Session—A half-day evaluation of your professional life/progress. Goal setting and getting a fresh perspective are the main components. Professional growth opportunities are identified with an emphasis on elevating performance.
Group Session—Professionals address opportunities in a group setting. In addition to a monthly meeting, participants also receive individual coaching. Input from outside consultants for teleseminars are provided as needed. (Minimum of three participants for three months)
Coaching as Needed—Blocks of time are reserved to be used on an 'as needed' basis over several weeks. This can be a tool to work though key periods, transitions, new challenges, or simply to get a boost of professional guidance.
